All items are handmade and made to order. Therefore they may be a delay in posting your item. The processing time is usually 3-5 working days.

Wood lasering involves using a laser to burn into the wood. Think James Bond in Gold Finger with an uncomfortable laser experience! The lasering can produce charring and a burning smell which can linger for a few days. A wipe with a baby wipe will help this, as will airing the product.
